For smaller items, we utilize the services of The Courier Guy, while larger items are shipped via Curtainside Truck or Crane Truck. Go through the information to understand our tracking process for each, ensuring you’re updated at every stage.
SMALL ITEM DELIVERIES
This is relevant to all items delivered via our Standard or Express delivery methods.
1. HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
Step 1. Locate Your Tracking Number
After your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive a WhatsApp notification containing your tracking number.
Step 2: Use the Tracking Website
Visit the Tracking Page and enter your tracking (waybill) number in the designated field.
Step 3: View Status
Once entered, you’ll be able to see the current status of your parcel, its journey history, and estimated delivery date.
2. TRACKING STATUS EXPLAINED
- In Transit: Your parcel is on its way to the destination.
- Out for Delivery: Your parcel is in the local area and will be delivered shortly.
- Delivered: Your parcel has been successfully delivered.
- Exception: There are issues with the delivery (e.g., address problems, natural disasters, etc.).
3. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: What if my tracking number doesn’t work?
A: It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active. If it still doesn’t work after that period, please contact us.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order has been shipped?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once the order is in transit.
Q: What should I do if my order is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?
A: In such cases, please check with neighbors or building security. If you still can’t locate the order, contact us for further assistance.

Once we have the necessary feedback, we’ll relay the status of your delivery back to you, ensuring you’re kept in the loop about your order’s progress.
2. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: How long does it usually take to get feedback after I request an update?
A: Once you’ve requested an update, our team will promptly contact the truck control room. We aim to provide feedback to you as soon as possible, typically within 60 minutes, depending on the control room’s response time.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order has been dispatched?
A: Unfortunately, once the order is on its way, we cannot change the delivery address. It’s essential to ensure the correct address is provided at the time of order placement.
Q: What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date?
A: If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected date, please contact us. We’ll follow up with the truck control room to determine the cause of the delay and provide you with an updated delivery timeline.
Q: What happens if there’s an issue with the delivery location or access?
A: If there are any issues with the delivery location or accessing the site, our delivery team will contact you directly to discuss alternative arrangements or solutions.
